PRA - statement: 
While proofreading, I noticed an error in one of the figures (Figure 8). The axis, and consequent interpretation in the manuscript, indicates that the change is relative, whereas it is actually absolute.

I understand that, according to Copernicus guidelines, figures cannot be updated at this stage. However, since the direction of the change remains the same and this figure is not central to the manuscript (which is already quite long), I was wondering if it would be acceptable to remove Figure 8 from the main text and include the corrected version in the supplement instead, or alternatively if it would still be possible to update it. If this is possible, I would update the corresponding paragraph accordingly as shown in the attached pdfs. 

I have attached the proofread manuscript, the old figure and the new figure for clarity. 

Alternatively, since it is not a core part of the manuscript I would also be fine to remove the figure and the small section describing it.
